• The project team has been in discussions with Brentwood Council regarding the principle of building homes on this site, including access, drainage, and landscaping, and has engaged with the Essex Design Review Panel to ensure quality design.

• Higgins Homes is aiming to submit a planning application to Brentwood Council by September 2026.

• Following the webinar, they will issue a newsletter outlining the near-final development proposal.
